How is it graduate?

Hello, I was wondering about the way of graduation in this credit. It is noted 5 points but I do not understand how to achieve it since it is only 1 point for option 1&2 and 1 to 8 points for option 3 (1-3 points for the two first criteria and 1-2 points for the third criteria). I hope I am understandable!

The way we interpreted the point breakdown (which seemed pretty clear at the time) from the Reference Guide ended up being different than what is showing on the template. Our CS template indicates that, of the 5 points available for this Credit, these are the options for achieving the 5; the mix of strategies is up to you, as long as you don't exceed these totals: Innovation (1-4 points) Pilot Credits (1-4 points) Exemplary Performance (1-2 points) It's much more clearly explained on the template in this manner than in the book. Hope this helps.
