Homes or NC Hospitality

Hello, We want to certificate a 611m2, two storey, 7 rooms, pool and common spaces Village in Mexico that is going to function as an Aribnb rental for vacations. We want to know if we can certificate it under BD+C – Hospitality rating system instead of Homes.

Is it more like a hotel or more like a home? Sounds like Homes, but I'd need more detail on the project to understand why you think it might be BD+C.
