Historic site

Hi I am new to V4. There is a question about this credit. On the RG, page 75 further explanation, says that "project may......indicates has significant historic or cultural value". How to define the "significant value"? Thanks a lot!

Jie, the credit language above defines this using several U.S. programs, and gives language for non-U.S. programs with similar level of national significance.
