How have other projects documented this credif if paint products do not participate in Green Seal certification? Will the heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, mercury, antimony, and hexavalent chromium be listed on the MSDS as "Hazardous Components"?

The credit specifically is looking for paint to not include lead or cadmium. I'm not sure why the credit writer included the fun facts on Green Seal paints. The MSDS should list all these compounds except hexavalent chromium (it should list chromium) because all these compounds are covered under CERCLA, SARA, TSCA, or various state chemical prohibition lists like Cali Prop 65. I've seen most of these compounds listed in MSDS sheets.
