GSF with demolition

Ruben, I don't see why you would count the section that is to be demolished in the project GSF. Since the demolition is part of the project, the project as delivered will not include the old building. Does that make sense?

Tristan... that is what I would think... but since there is New GSF, Existing and renovated GSF and Existing and nonrenovated GSF... then total... I'm not sure if the demo goes under Existing and Renovated. If I don't list that the existing building exists here... will I still be able to address the existing building under construction waste management?

Ruben, I have not been in this situation so I could be wrong abou this, but I would not list it under any of those. Seems to me that those figures assume finished project GSF.

Treat the demolition work as if it occurred before the project started. Existing and renovated refer to work that is retained in the final state. Demolition is neither existing or renovated.
