NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Gross Square Footage

Hi! My project is using double glazing facade, there is inner glass at the floor, then big air gap and the outer glass that is hang by a steel structure. I read the definition of GSF and my project team are confused to determine what layer of glass to be considered a external wall and counted in GSF? Many thanks to your advice

Hieu, the definition says to measure from the exterior faces of exterior walls, so I would measure in this case from the outer glass.
