Greenbuild 2018 - The People's choice

Greenbuild 2018 has a new feature – the People’s choice.  This is where you can vote for sessions that sound interesting.  I have been scrolling through this list and I am seeing a lot of great sessions, and familiar names.

So let’s crowd source this one.

Go here https://www.greenbuildexpo.com/en/education/peoplesvoice.html to find the list of sessions.

The voting button is on the top right, but you need your list of sessions to vote for figured out ahead of time.  Here is my current list:

  • PV05 – Façade Thermal
    • This is Vikram Sami
  • PV10 – Air Infiltration
    • This is Marine Dion
  • PV27 – Cost Justifying Green Building
    • This is Robert Phinney
  • PV30 – Cooking and Crafting - LEED COTE top ten school.
    • This is Pauline Souza
  • PV31 – Evolving our Capacity
    • This is Marcus Sheffer and John Boecker
  • PV73 – Sequestering Carbon
    • This is David Arkin and others talking about carbon mitigation
  • PV74 – BuildingGreen’s Top 10 Products for 2019
    • This is the Brent Ehrlich and Alex Wilson show
  • PV88 – Crisis, Comebacks and Zombies
    • This is Jim Newman

I worked through this fast, so I am sure that I missed a few.  Please reply with other interesting sessions.

Voting closes at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, July 13

another to add (and I don't mind asking for a vote ;) is a session I am doing w Leith Sharp) in the lovely 8 am spot (better than 7 am!) *D08 : Sustainability Roadmap: Leading Organizational Change* *Date:* Thursday, November 15, 2018 *Time:* 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

ok, let's try this again. Greenbuild 2018 has a NEW feature where they are asking people to vote for sessions last minute, to add these sessions to the program. Some people like Barbra and Lance got ahead of the game, submitted sessions, and obviously were already included in the program. This is a different thing - and if we don't vote for these sessions they might not win.  So we all need to vote!

SERA has one too! Please consider voting for our session on biophilia PV21 "(Re)normalizing Nature" Thanks!

Thanks Anne!  That saved me a lot of time.  I had started to go through the list on my own, using the same logic, but stopped about 1/3 of the way through when my eyes started to hurt.  I don't think I would have made it down to PV88 for the Zombies presentation, so Jim should thank you as well.
