green wall

I'm sure I read somewhere that including green walls in the project can help us earn an Innovation in Design point if it complies with a certain percetange of the building's footprint area. Has anybody else read about this and help me find this information again? Thanks!!!

Daniela, I can't remember reading that, myself. I would definitely say that projects have wanted to get credit for green walls, but I'm not aware of a precedent supporting it. Please post back here if you do find something.

Daniela, were you able to find this information? We wanted to try this for one of our urban projects. Thank you!

I recommended to another user that they follow the rules of vegetated roofs - "projects that achieve a density of 1.5 FAR may included vegetated roof surfaces in the calculation" from SSc2. However, I have not seen this used in real life. Perhaps worth submitting a CIR or an email to an official reviewer.
