Erin, I couldn't say for sure one way or another. I have seen people ask about gravel on this forum, but I don't recall anyone having an SRI number. I would think that light-colored gravel would have a shot, but between getting that locally and having it tested for SRI, it might be an uphill battle.

If you use the weighted average calculation option, materials with low SRI values will contribute to earning the credit. Other materials will need higher SRI values, or contribute larger a percentage of the total area to compensate.

I reached out to a few roofing subcontractors and the only product that could potential comply with the credit requirements is a TREMO white gravel with a white adhesive.
