I'm working on a project, where indirect overhead lighting for a regularly occupied space (garbage truck maintenance garage space) would not be feasible due to height restrictions for vehicle clearance.  I am going to state that in the exclusion section of the LEED Online template.  However, the instructions above the exclusion section states "... excluded from the light source illuminance calculations...".  Does that mean I can exclude the lighting in that garage space from both Strategy A and D, or just Strategy D but still pursue Strategy A?
