CS-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials
We have a CS warehouse that is struggling to achieve certification that will build out only restrooms and has no identified tenant to execute a lease agreement with. These restrooms will have tile flooring. The tile will be exempt and therefore compliant. Is this small amount of flooring enough to demonstrate compliance with the Flooring category?
