My project has failed the Stage 1 SLLp5 documentation.The project is in Malaysia and the state water department has no records to substantiate that the site has not been flooded before. Their closest measurement is at a nearby river with levels lower than the site height. Is there any way I can go about this? Wouldn't the measurement of the closest river not be enough as flooding starts from the river?
