We are working on expanding our own offices. We want to make the new section LEED-CI. We are having trouble with the owner of the building on two points, recycling and energy. Can anyone offer tips and tricks on how to deal with these two prerequisits?

Anastasia, it would help if you could share some of the owner's specific objections, and/or any specific circumstances in the building that make those prereqs difficult.
