NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Existing, renovated gross square footage

In the initial 3 rows of questions after GSF (new construction, existing renovated and existing unrenovated), does the form want us to state during lifetime of building, or during one year LEED performance period? I've got an EBO&M project that was built in 1960, then 100% gsf renovated in 2001, and now pursuing LEED certification in 2013/2014. So on PI form 2, should we: a) note that it is 100% renovated, historically it has been since it's initial construction. or b) note that it is 0% renovated - DURING the performance period - since no renovation occurred while the project pursued LEED EBO&M certification. probably over thinking it! thanks :)
