One of our clients is acquiring a recently finished concrete structure for a new development and wants to know the feasiblity of getting a LEED certification.
The original concrete structure to be acquired has not been builded using any LEED guide, the idea would be to start with LEED compliency right after the acquisition and for the rest of construction.
Would that be possible?
I would very much appreciate any recomendation.
Thank you

It sounds possibly feasible but tricky. How complete is the building? I'm not clear from your question if you're acquiring more of a complete building and then wanting to retroactively get LEED for it, or if it's a very unfinished shell. LEED would be more possible in the latter case.
