Hi,
Is it possible to get an ID Exemplary Performance for this credit? I thought it wasn't but the form seems to indicate that it possible. If it is, then what are the requirements?

I had the same question as M. Browne. I am also new to LEED User and am not sure the Bird's eye view is. Please elaborate.

Under the Bird's Eye View tab above, to the right there is a little blue EP ribbon, this signifies Exemplary Performance. For this credit it begins with "Sit is previously developed..."
