Exemplary Performance and Regional Priority

My reference guide states that this credit is eligible for exemplary performance on the Quick Reference table on page 17. It is also eligible for Regional Priority credit. On the LEED online site, it seems I have achieved an extra credit point automatically, which I understand to be the Regional Priority Credit. Exemplary Performance is attained by meeting 32% savings. Can I attain both the Regional Priority Credit and the Exemplary Performance credits and get essentially 2 extra bonus points?

Yes, you can earn EP and RP for the same credit.
