according to the prerequistes language the ESC plan must conform to the construction general permit and the plan must describe the measures implemented to accomplish the following objectives: To prevent loss of soil during construction To prevent sedimentation of storm sewers or receiving streams. To prevent pollution of the air with dust and particulate matter. for international projects, do we have to comply with all requirements of the CGP "including dewatering" or do we just write a plan describing BMP for the above of measures?

Razan, note that the credit language calls for following the requirements of a CGP or local codes, whichever is more stringent. So, if dewatering is part of the CGP but not local code, I would not advise excluding it.

Thanks Tristan, Would reinjecting into a nearby water table be acceptable? Would there be any water treatment requirments? According to CGP treatment must accur when mixing with storm water?
