My CS v4 project wants to pursue Enhanced IAQ Strategies but we are not responsible for installing entryway systems or walk-off mats. The tenant will be installing the depressed slab for entry systems and/or walk-off mats as the floor will not be finished by the CS team. Since this is out of scope for the CS team, can we comply by using a signed TSLA? In v3 I was under the impression that the core and shell team must build out the entryway systems to achieve IEQc5, although that is not clear for v4. If the core and shell scope of work does not include building out the slab, then we feel we can comply through the signed TSLA.
Thanks!

My understanding is that you do what's in your scope, and use the tenant agreement to take it the rest of the way.

Let me be more specific. The CS requirements cover what's in your scope. If you want or need to go beyond your scope to earn a credit, you need a binding and signed lease agreement. This is on page 15 of the Reference Guide.

Sir Tristan, do we requrire all signed TLSA for all future tenants for submission or do we only need one? I'm looking forward for answers. Thank you very much in advance

Hello John, Yes to claim prerequisite/credits via TLSA. The signed TLSA must be provided from all future tenants.
Hello Tristan, Do you think is it possible to pursue and claim Enhanced IAQ Strategies via TSLA. My understanding was only if prerequisite/credit which are listed under Rating System Variations and explicitly tells TSLA for core and shell will be eligible to use TSLA compliance. I got similar comments for my one project. Could you let me know?
Thank you!
