Hi Marcus Sheffer,
i am totally confused please guide me. when i modeled the unconditioned process load space in my model, the end saving is decreasing.
when i modeled the without unconditioned process load space the end saving is good.
please comments on it.
1. Can i model the unconditioned and conditioned spaces as per "Table G3.1" separately.? and both outputs my modelling submit to USGBC

Whether you can model them separately depends on an interactive effects with other loads. If there are none then you can model something separate. But I think it will not matter.
When you add a process load that is identical in both models to the modeling results the saving will go down. The higher the quantity of the process load the greater the reduction. It is just some simple math at play I think.
