Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

EN 50600 standard for Data Centers

We are trying to figure if there are alternative compliance paths using Data Center specific standards. 

Has anyone considered/used the European Standard EN 50600 to document energy prerequisite/credit?
