NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
I am overseeing entry of LEED data for the project and have a question regarding what is meant in this table by baseline rotation? Can anyone provide a succinct explanation or point me to a resource? Thanks!

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

Are you referring to the 90-degree rotations that are required for the baseline energy model? This is demonstrated in the BD&C Reference Guide on page 280, and the purpose is to make sure that your baseline case isn't intentionally weak on energy.
