http://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=8156 For credits below with multiple thresholds, a project needs to achieve the entry-level threshold in order to earn the associated bonus point. In addition, for credits with multiple options, all options are eligible to earn a bonus point.

Dear, For projects in Brazil, the Regional Priority Credits LEED are not yet available on LEED Online, someone can tell me when that will be available?

How do you know this is true for all Brazil projects? Very odd. I would send a "Feedback" note to GBCI via LEED Online.
