Does restaurant dishwashers qualify as waste water?

I am wondering if I can include a restaurant dishwasher in my waste water calculations for WEc2? According to the reference guide waste water is defined as "the spent or used water from a home, community, farm, or industry that contains dissolved or suspended matter." Since water from a dishwasher will include dissolved and suspended matter I am assuming I can include it in my WEc2 calculations. Am I right in assuming this?

Yes, if that's part of your wastewater stream, you should include it.
