There is no documentation toolkit for this credit? I was looking more specifically for how to draw lines of sight on floor plans and sections? What is acceptable or not? If anybody has any they could share please send or post a link or file.
Thanks!

I have been using Allison's documentation example for my project, and have found it very helpful. Thanks Allison!
Another question- our CI tenant is moving onto (4) separate floors. Does anyone know if the floors are calculated individually per floor, or if the percentage is taken from the entire sum?

Jennifer- glad it's been helpful! Assuming all floors are contained within one LEED project, it is a total sum, not the value of each individual floor.

If 75% or more of a room square footage has a direct line of sight the entire room (100%) complies and will count correct?

Only if it's a private office. You cannot use the 75% rule with any space other than a private office.

Dear Allison,
your documents were really helpful, but i have a question concerning the spreadsheet. what is the "Area with Direct Line of Site to Perimeter Glazing" ? isn't this supposed to be the compliant area since this area has site to perimeter glazing. I'm kind of confused about it.

Nena- please try the link again- we have been work through some kinks with the web hosting which is causing really slow load times and page errors, but that is the correct link!
