Hi, we are working in a Cold dark shell, therefore interiors and fit outs will not have any finish. I understand that if we include them in the Tenant Lease Agreement we do okay for the new materials to come. But, how we document no finishes in the existent building and fill the template?? do we need just to write a note in the special circumstances yield and close the credit?? in order to earn it.
I will appreciate any guidance. Thanks in regards

Are you sure that the project uses no paints or coating?
Even if you installed no interior finishes, SCAQMD-1113-2004 includes several products that may be applied to the interior of a structural shell—for example, concrete curing compounds & concrete sealers. Structural steel connections and welds often require onsite touch-up with anti-corrosive paint after steel has been erected.
Review the paint & coating types in SCAQMD and the Green Seal standards. You may find some product categories that your project does actually use.
