Where do I draw the radius from?

Is one building or residential area enough to satisfy the residential density requirement?

My project has access to services that seem to be basic, but are not listed in the LEED Reference Guide—like insurance company, nail salon, auto repair shop. Will these count?

Development Density Exemplary Performance - Site Area

If I go for the exemplary performance credit but use path 2, I would need to show 120,000 SF/acre in a site area twice my base. If my base density radius is 227 LF, do I double that, and if so what happens if a highway intersects a large portion of the site? Thanks

Emmanuel, a highway would unfortunately count against you in terms of density.
