Dear all,
We received the Design Final Review for our project, and a total of 7 credits were denied.
1) If we have initially provided documentation which has not been interpreted correctly by the reviewer, can we resubmit without appealing?
2) Can we tackle and re-submit these credits at Construction stage WITHOUT additional fees?
3) If there is an error with the LEED Online forms, can we resubmit the documentation/calculations for no additional costs?
I have asked these queries to the GBCI, but I am wondering if anyone had previous experience with that.
Thanks!

3) If you got credits denied or they are not showing up correctly than my first step would be emailing the reviewer through LEED online. They did correct such error quickly without having to pay for an appeal. But this only works for obvious mistakes.
1) you will have to submit for an appeal review in any case, but if you are right and you should have gotten the credits then the GBCI might pay back the appeal fee. That was the case with one of our projects.
2) That I have not had yet. You might find the answer to that in the GBCI's certification policy.
Good luck.
