You have 25 business days starting with the day you got the review back. You might also be able to get an extension, which you will have to inquire for at the GBCI. See also www.gbci.org, their policies specify the time frames.

So what is the deadline for re-work regarding the design submittal review comments (split-submittal)? Doesn't this only get re-submitted at the same time as the final submission?

Right, you have a pretty open-ended schedule (years, not days) to complete your construction and your construction submission.
