I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on whether it would be acceptable to conduct a Design Charrette over the course of 4 days, as opposed to a 4 hour charrette in one day? Of course, we would comply with the 4 hour minimum charrette and have all of the stakeholders attending each of the meetings.
I would really appreciate a response.
Thank you,

Estra, I don't see that LEED v4 requires the charrette to be contained within one day. I just see the four-hour minimum.
The following comments go beyond LEED compliance:
In fact, I think it can be great to break a charrette up over more than one day so that participants can "sleep on it."
However, I would caution against breaking it up into pieces too small, say an hour each. You need time to get into the deeper discussions that generate deeper solutions.

I see a stipulation that "All principal project team members should be present at the goal-setting workshop." But I do not see a 4 hour requirement in the LEED BD+C v4 credit language. Am I missing it? 4 hour minimum seems rather prescriptive, this might be excessive for a small and relatively simple project.

I'm glad I double-checked that! The four-hour minimum is in the LEED for Healthcare prerequisite (interesting!). It's not in this credit. Thanks, Summer.
Estra, there is no prescribed four-hour time for CS, either.

My mistake, my team and I were still trying to familiarize ourselves with LEED v4 at the time that I posted this forum. Thank you Tristan and Summer for clearing things up, I really appreciate your help.
