I am trying to ascertain the pros and cons of Percertification. My project is long-term and as such our preferred course would be Precert followed by a split review. Is a Core & Shell (2009) project that pursues Precertification required to undergo a combined Design-Construction Review, or can it undergo a split Design Review and Construction Review? The 2009 Reference Guide does not provide this level of detail. Thanks.
