Hi All,
I work for a tech start-up called CrowdComfort and we're looking to potentially partner with the Massachusetts USGBC. In the briefest description, we are a mobile software platform that empowers building occupants to report building maintenance issues, safety concerns, and thermal comfort levels all from their smart phones. With a few clicks on a smart phone we basically connect occupants with the building & facility managers (see out website for more information at www.crowdcomfort.com).
My question is this....building occupants who download our app have the ability to voice opinion on thermal comfort levels (too hot, too cold, etc.). If a building/tenant were to deploy and use CrowdComfort, would this qualify as a point towards LEED Certification?
Thanks and would love to get some thoughts from any LEED experts. If you need more information, just let me know.

Scott, I could see this being a tool to contribute to credit compliance, but you'll need to dig into more of the details of the credit requirements and how they are typically met, and show how your tool does the job. See much more guidance from us on this above.

Thanks for the follow up Tristan. If I have anymore questions, I'll post them here.
