Credit Specific requirements and Additional Questions mis-match

There seems to be a mis-match between the credit description and the requirements. Since it does not actually match v4 BPDO - EPD Option 1 (seems to be a description of Option 2), I'm not sure how to accurately document the credit. Has anyone successfully documented this yet? I could not find the equivalent in the Pilot Credits forum to discuss this.

Carolyn, I can't speak to why the requirements and questions mis-match. I will check with USGBC, but I just confirmed that the language as shown here matches up with the language in the USGBC credit library.
