We are looking at a Core and Shell Renovation/Addition. We will pursue 2009 C&S and EBOM afterwards. We will be disturbing and repaving a portion of the parking lot to install ground source loops, but will not be touching the rest of the parking lot as it is not in our scope. The parking lot is shared by an adjacent entity. Should the boundary be drawn around only what we are disturbing, or is there be a reason or need to include the remainder of the parking lot? We will repave with a pervious system, and there is minimal landscaping. The project is a train station.

I would only include the remainder of the lot if it supports the normal operations of the project building, and it sounds like it doesn't.
