We heard that LEED allows an ID credit for implementing a comprehensive waste management program. We are thinking about collecting and send to recycling electronics, tonners, printing cartridges, and also collecting and sending to proper disposal mercury lamps, button type batteries, regular batteries (nickel cadmiun and cellphones). Does anybody have any experience about a comprehensive recycling program being allowed to be documented as an ID credit? Thank you very much.
