I'm working on a high school project in and confirmed the school district has commingled recycling,with bins in every classroom and major shared spaces & corridors, but might not actually have bins in every private office. Is this acceptable?

Adam, this is fine. As mentioned above, providing recycling bins in every office is not required for this prerequisite.
