Closed Pilot Credits

My project involves the rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of NYC LPC registered Historic Landmark Building. There are two directly applicable pilot credits for my project: Unfortunately, both of them are now closed: 1. MRpc19: Whole Building Reuse 2. SSpc7: Light pollution reduction Would it be possible to use the pilot credit language as part of an ACP for SSc8 & MRc1.1? Anybody have an experience doing this in the past, and could offer some suggestions?

Jamison, I have a better solution. Part of the reason those credits are closed as pilot credits is that a version of them has been promoted to LEED v4. And you can use some LEED v4 credits on your v2009 project. So I would do that, where possible. I don't think you will have luck reopening a closed pilot credit.
