How many points can a project achieve from Regional Priority credits?

Can a project receive a point for Exemplary Performance for a credit as well as a point if that credit is also a Regional Priority credit?

My project does not have a zip code because it is not located in the U.S. Can the project still apply for Regional Priority credits?

Hi, I've just seen on this website: http://www.usgbc.org/rpc/LEED-CS/v2009/pe/ that credits for RP category for Peru have changed. They included only energy and water credits and now they are from SS, MR and WE categories. I guess it only applies for projects that are registered after the change, doesn't it? Thanks in advance.

I wasn't aware that these credits were changing. But yes, that would apply to projects registered after the change. If there is any difficulty documenting this in LEED Online, I would communicate directly with GBCI about it.
