Can reuse of an existing sealed or polished floor be included?

And in this case, since the slab is structural, the replacement cost would just be the cost of the sealant or polishing process, right?

And in cases where an existing slab is being re-sealed, or re-polished, then we would NOT be able to include it? Thanks!
