LEED Rating System Selection

Can LEED for New Construction be used for Ronald McDonald House

Our client is going to construct a two story Ronald McDonald House. The community where it where be built is zoned for Commercial MultiFamily Housing. The meter will be a commercial meter for the facility. There will be 9 hotel like suites in the facility. There will be a permanent full time resident overseeing the property. Can we use LEED for New Construction 2009 or are we to use LEED for Homes for this project?

Cathy, a hotel is typically considered a commercial building, so I'd say this is LEED-NC.
