CI-v4.1 MRc2:Interiors Life-Cycle Impact Reduction

Can EC3/TallyCAT be used for Option 3: Building Interiors Life Cycle Assessment?

Most WBLCA software programs do not include product specific data. For a tenant improvement project would it be acceptable to use a program that only looks at environmental impacts from cradle to gate?
