The school we are getting certified will have a YMCA program for after school care for its students. it will not charge the parents (comunity) for this facility. Can this contribute towards SSc10, Joint use of facilities?

Shivani, it sounds perfect to me, particularly if the program is being run by YMCA and not by the school.

It seems like as long as the after school care is open to the public it will count.
