I am not quite sure on the definition of "material reuse". The project is a major renovation of an existing building, large parts of the structure will be reused in terms they will not be demolished but kept, maybe structurally upgrade, and get new finishes.
If material stays where it is and is not being touched, does this then count as "reuse" for this credit? I think yes but want to make sure. There is a similar question below but I am not certain it covers the same aspect.
