Pilot-Credits SSpc55:Bird collision deterrence

Building height

Hi, all the facade materials comply with the threat factor, so no calculation is needed, however I have two questions: 

1.Is there a specific measurement where a building height is considered a strategy to lower the risk of bird collision?

2. Is there a specific height where the bird collision deterrence glass/material is a requirement or is 100% facade glazing materials?
