CS-v4 LTc3:High priority site

Brownfield

Hi Tristan, I have a project in a Brownfield. The site had a fuel station for boats before, and on the new project the owner will keep one fuel station, but now, it will be underground. The LEED does not require environmental analysis or remediation of the land if we do not seek related credits, and has no restriction on the existence of a subterrane fuel tank, correct?
