Hi, I have two questions of this pilot credit for our LEED EB: O+M project V4.
First, what specific requirements for the external facade, especially the glass. The other one is the specific threshold defined about the number or rate of collisions recorded, that would trigger the requirement for retrofitting.
Thanks.

Hello,
You can check the New construction version of this credit for additional details on how to categorize your external facade. https://www.usgbc.org/node/4561982?return=/pilotcredits/New-Construction/v4
There are no quantitative requirements on what is too much bird collisions. It depends on the project team. However, if the impacts occur more or less in the same area of the building corrective actions should be taken.
If you already submitted for review, I think it would be beneficial to know what strategy you used and the answer of the reviewer.
