If portfolio manager is used to develop an energy baseline for both demand and consumption for Advanced Metering, is this baseline different from the one developed in the prerequisite?

Hi Patricia,
I had a couple of thoughts on that. I don't know that you'd build a baseline per say for the credit and that instead, you'd set up your system to predict energy use given different variables like time of year, weather, etc. and then have it alarm when consumption or demand differ significantly from the predicted. The data to inform those predictive calculations should be based on historical data and so I could see using Portfolio Manager for that. However, Portfolio Manager doesn't facilitate tracking demand in the same way as far as I know. So, you could use a separate solution for that component.
Otherwise, can you explain more of what you mean by the prerequisite baseline? I'm not sure about that part of your question.

Thank you Ben...it seems as if you're saying that the credit does not use the prerequisite baseline at all for informing the advanced metering. Is that correct? I was referring to the portfolio manager input to obtain the score.
