Healthcare-v2009 MPR3:Must use a reasonable site boundary

Automatic Storage & Retrieval System and Warehouse

Project consist of 5 Storey Warehouse & 1 storey ASRS (Automatic Storage & Retrieval System). Both are connected in each floor to facilitate the movement of goods. ASRS is completely automatic and non habitable space. For LEED certification, is it okay to exclude the ASRS by drawing a LEED boundary. Thanks

Vinoth, is there any HVAC in the ASRS? Plumbing? What is the power use, and is it on its own system, or is it tied into the warehouse?

Hi Tristan, there is no HVAC system in ASRS and only minimal lighting for maintenance purpose. It's like an automated warehouse, which eliminates man power completely. It has its own system (Crane & Conveyor), however the goods are moved in & taken out via conventional warehouse. Thanks
