For this prerequisite it is necessary that the ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 is met. But what about the newest version ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2010? Does that one count as well? Thanks for your help!

LEED is using the 2007 version officially. It's conceivable you could use 2010 instead, but I would get GBCI to tell you it's okay.
