Hi All, The Situation is as follows. Project is registered under LEED 2009 v3, whose Final review is completed, and now client is planning to Refurbish, Reorient or Relocate some of the Major/Minor spaces into New Building along with Expansions in areas like Air conditioning, Chillers, Cooling towers etc.,- which is an expansion of the Existing Building. Now Can we go for a single rating system i.e., LEED NC v4 Please Advice
